DAMAGE PROTECTION AND CLEANING CHARGES
Damage Protection Charge
We want you to enjoy your vacation to the fullest extent, but we also realize that accidents can happen. Our damage protection program is designed to give you peace of mind during your stay with us.
Under this program, a mandatory non-refundable $59 Damage Protection Charge* will be added to the total cost of your reservation. The charge protects you from incurring expenses related to accidental damage inside the apartment during your stay, up to a maximum of $2,000. Any damages that exceed $2,000 will be charged to you directly.
In the event of an accident, please immediately report damage in writing to the manager. This should be done prior to checking out.Exclusions:
- Damage related to an intentional, willful, reckless, or grossly negligent act;
- Damage related to a violation of our rental policies; and/or homeowner association house rules
You are also responsible for all damage to your rental unit and its contents occurring during your stay that is not covered by the Damage Protection Charge or exceeds $2,000. By staying at our property and having a valid credit card on file, you authorize us to charge such credit card for any damage that is not covered by the damage protection charge.

Mandatory Cleaning Charge
A Mandatory Cleaning Charge will be added to room cost.
Charge is per stay, per condo unit, plus taxes:
2 Bdrm/2 Bath
2 Bdrm w/Loft
Plus, a one-time Mandatory Condo Association Service Charge of $30 USD (plus tax) collected at check in. Charge includes key for gate access, parking pass, and copy of house rules.
